In 2015, I found my self burnout from working as an occupational therapist in the medical setting. Supported by reflective practices based in Hatha/Tantric Yoga, Zen Meditation, and the arts, I bring to you an array of skills that touch upon the essence of life and what it means to be a caregiver; as not only a professional but a mother, father, friend, partner, etc.. Suzanne is a practicing Occupational Therapist, 500 hour Yoga Teacher grounded in principles of Ayurveda, and a certified Chaplain through the Upaya Zen Center.
